For greater than a decade, annually, Jean-Paul Le Moigne, retired pastry chef from Lamballe (Côtes-d'Armor), has labored for weeks to brighten his dwelling throughout the vacation season.
For greater than ten years now, many onlookers have stopped to look at the magnificent Christmas lights and decorations, situated at 34, rue Aristide-Briand, in Lamballe.
