These wastelands have been entrusted for greater than a 12 months to the experience of the Norman public land institution. The ensuing initiatives contain the acquisition of a further plot in downtown Argentan (Orne).
Why focus now on the destiny of the previous clinics and sub-prefecture?
These two buildings are actually fallow land: the clinic has been closed since 2007 and the sub-prefecture since 2010. After the failure of a personal venture for the previous clinic (overlooking each Saint-Martin streets, Republic and Dawn), the town hall acquired it in 2018. As for the sub-prefecture (rue Pierre-Ozenne), this former non-public mansion, relationship from a minimum of the 18th centurye century and constructed on stilts, continues to be owned by the Division. The 2 wasteland have been built-in within the fall of 2018, to an agreement between the municipality and the Normandy public land establishment (EPFN), in order that the latter works on their rehabilitation.
