62 % des Français ne font pas confiance au gouvernement pour réussir le déconfinement

Six Français sur dix ne font pas confiance au gouvernement pour réussir l'après 11 mai indique le baromètre politique Odoxa-CGI pour France Inter, l'Express et la Presse Régionale publié mardi.
Pour près des deux tiers des Français (65 %), l'exécutif “n'est pas à la hauteur de la state of affairs” depuis le début de la crise sanitaire, le même pourcentage que le mois dernier. Et 62 % ne font pas confiance au gouvernement pour réussir le déconfinement à partir du 11 mai.

Emmanuel Macron avait pourtant largement convaincu avec son discours guerrier où il assignait ses concitoyens à domicile. Le 19 mars, 65 % des Français se disaient “convaincus” et soutenaient le confinement.

Outre un sentiment de mensonge d'Etat sur les masques, l'école a rajouté à la défiance. Pour 65 % des Français, la réouverture des écoles à partir du 11 mai était une mauvaise décision et 64 % des dad and mom d'élèves assuraient qu'ils n'y enverraient pas leurs enfants.

Côté classement des personnalités politiques, Roselyne Bachelot, plébiscitée, se hisse en tête, suivie par Olivier Véran et Nicolas Sarkozy, en deuxième place ex-aequo. “Bien que ministre de la santé, Olivier Véran n'est pas jugé comptable de la politique de santé si critiquée conduite par le gouvernement”, conclut l'étude. Ethical des ménages au plus bas

L'indice de confiance des ménages en France a subi en avril une chute historique, après la mise en place des mesures de confinement pour lutter contre le coronavirus, a indiqué mardi l'Insee.

Le solde d'opinion sur le niveau de vie futur en France a connu la plus forte baisse jamais enregistrée sur un mois, un niveau “jamais atteint depuis la création de cet indicateur en 1972”.

Les craintes des ménages concernant l'évolution du chômage ont augmenté “très fortement en avril”.

Sans shock, la proportion de ménages estimant qu'il est opportun de faire des achats importants a chuté “lourdement”, soit une perte de 43 factors pour atteindre son plus-bas historique.

En avril, les ménages ont aussi été plus nombreux qu'en mars à redouter que les prix augmentent au cours des douze prochains mois, a souligné l'Insee.

L'utility des gestes barrières

Lors du déconfinement progressif prévu le 11 mai en France, “le respect des gestes barrières et de mesures de distanciation physique prendra encore plus d'significance, auquel il conviendra d'ajouter le port du masque dans certaines conditions” a expliqué le Premier ministre Edouard Philippe le 28 avril.

Les traitements

“Pourrons-nous nous appuyer sur des outils numériques ? (…) Pour l'heure, compte tenu des incertitudes sur cette utility (StopCovid), je serais bien en peine de vous dire remark elle fonctionnera. Lorsque l'utility fonctionnera, nous organiserons d'un débat spécifique suivi d'un vote spécifique”, a assuré le Premier ministre le 28 avril.

Face à la crainte d'une seconde obscure épidémique, certains scientifiques prônent la théorie du “cease and go” développée par l'épidémiologiste britannique Neil Ferguson.

Cette méthode que l'on peut traduire “avancée, puis recul” consiste à alterner les périodes de confinement et de déconfinement en fonction de l'évolution de la state of affairs sanitaire.

Olivier Véran annonce jusqu'à 700.000 checks par semaine

En visite samedi 25 avril dans un laboratoire de checks de Saint-Denis, son premier déplacement depuis un mois, le ministre de la Santé Olivier Véran a réaffirmé l'objectif de pouvoir “réaliser au moins 500.000 à 700.000 checks par semaine”, contre plus de 50.000 par jour actuellement.

L'objectif est de pouvoir tester toutes les personnes présentant des symptômes ainsi que celles ayant été en contact rapproché avec des cas confirmés de coronavirus.

En revanche, tester l'ensemble des Français serait “unattainable” and “n'a pas de sens au niveau médical”, a-t-il répété, alors que certaines entreprises entendent dépister leurs salariés.

A bicyclette… : retour des 2 roues

La Fédération française de cyclisme a, elle, affirmé dans un communiqué, qu'un non-retour de l'activité cycliste à la date de démarrage du déconfinement, le 11 mai, “constituerait une véritable discrimination vis-à-vis de (leur) sport”.

Depuis le début du confinement, le gouvernement indique régulièrement que la pratique du vélo n'est pas admise, en dehors des sorties nécessaires pour le travail ou les programs. En même temps, le jogging est toléré…

La possibilité d'une balade dans la nature…

Plus de 110 000 personnes ont signé une pétition pour “un accès raisonnable à la nature”. Le psychiatre Christophe André explique sur France Bleu Isère: “Marcher et sortir régulièrement, avec des précautions bien sûr, à situation de ne pas se regrouper, c'est bon pour la santé et est aussi un réducteur d'inégalités. C'est le seul moyen pour ceux qui n'ont pas un logement agréable, ni un jardin, de bénéficier de l'agrément que peuvent apporter les espaces verts. C'est à la fois scientifique et démocratique”.

Le maintien du confinement n'est plus souhaité par les Français

Seulement 43% des personnes interrogées par YouGov pour “Le HuffPost” soutenaient samedi, 40^e jour de confinement, la mesure d'assignation à domicile. 57% des personnes interrogées jugeaient néanmoins utile la fermeture temporaire des écoles, dont la réouverture à compter du 11 mai suscite le débat. Seules 38% des personnes interrogées par YouGov jugent positivement la  gestion de l'épidémie par l'exécutif.

2 dad and mom sur three ne remettront pas leur enfant à l'école

Le retour des enfants à l'école se fera sur “la base du volontariat“, il n'y aura “not d'obligation de retour à l'école“. Evidemment, si l'élève ne se rend pas à l'école, il doit tout de même assister  aux cours à distance. Cette décision de l'Elysée est intervenue jeudi 23 avril alors que moult dad and mom avaient assuré qu'ils n'enverraient pas leurs enfants à l'école après le 11 mai, par crainte de la menace du coronavirus.

D'après un sondage réalisé par Odoxa-Dentsu Consulting pour franceinfo and Le Figaro publié jeudi 23 avril:
64% des sondés comptent ne pas envoyer au moins un de leurs enfants à l'école le 11 mai.
60% des personnes interrogées estiment que la réouverture des écoles est motivée par des raisons économiques, afin de permettre aux dad and mom de reprendre le travail
20% considèrent que cette décision a été prise pour des motifs sociaux afin de limiter les risques de décrochage scolaire
55% pensent que le respect des gestes barrières et la mise à disposition de savon et gel hydroalcoolique dans les écoles ne seront pas respectés.
72 % se montrent favorable à une limitation des effectifs à 15 élèves par classe, mais 58% à ne pas croire que cette promesse pourra être tenue.

Plus de three hundreds of thousands d'arrêts de travail

L'épidémie de coronavirus a justifié environ three,2 hundreds of thousands d'arrêts de travail, pour les personnes malades ou “vulnérables”, mais surtout pour celles devant garder leurs enfants durant le confinement, selon des chiffres transmis par l'Assurance maladie à l'AFP.
Quelque 600.000 arrêts maladie ont été prescrits par des médecins à des malades du Covid-19.
Pour les “personnes dites vulnérables” (malades chroniques, femmes enceintes), l'Assurance maladie a reçu en un mois 400.000 demandes d'arrêts de travail “dérogatoires”, auxquelles elle a donné droit “dans près de eight cas sur 10” et ce sont 2,three hundreds of thousands d'arrêts pour garde d'enfant qui ont délivrés à la demande des employeurs depuis les premières fermetures d'écoles début mars.

Déficit de la Sécurité sociale : niveau abyssal de 41 milliards d'euros

Le coronavirus va faire exploser le déficit de la Sécurité sociale à plus de 41 milliards d'euros, “du jamais-vu” même au plus fort de la crise financière, a prévenu mercredi le ministre des Comptes publics, Gérald Darmanin.

Très loin des 1,9 milliard de déficit atteints fin 2019, la Sécu se retrouve avec eight milliards de dépenses nouvelles (achats de masques, primes aux soignants, arrêts pour gardes d'enfants…), mais surtout avec 31 milliards de recettes en moins (cotisations, CSG, TVA…).

L'Etat met sur la desk un plan d'aide massif de 110 milliards d'euros, voté jeudi dans la nuit par le Sénat. Députés et sénateurs se réuniront jeudi en fee mixte paritaire afin de s'accorder sur un texte commun.

Le secteur vehicle redémarre doucement après plus d'un mois de pause: Renault a annoncé la reprise de sa manufacturing en France, au lendemain d'une réouverture d'usine chez Toyota. Chez PSA, le chômage partiel se poursuivra après la fin avril.

Eviter les grandes réunions familiales, les mariages, les anniversaires

“Organiser un rassemblement le 12 mai pour un mariage, ce n'est sans doute pas une bonne idée vu l'état de circulation du virus aujourd'hui, a détaillé Sibeth Ndiaye. Est-ce que vous voulez le faire en petit comité ou avoir toute votre famille et vos amis autour de vous ? C'est un choix personnel”. Nous ne levons pas l'interdiction de rassemblement après le 11 mai et il faut que chacun puisse s'adapter dans ces circonstances-là”, she recalled.

Le président du Conseil scientifique a souligné sur BFM TV qu'on avait “réduit la vitesse de circulation du virus “, mais le professeur Delfraissy a appelé à une sortie “prudente et transitoire” containment. Le médecin immunologiste estime ainsi qu'il faudra éviter les grandes réunions familiales, les mariages, les anniversaires. “En tout cas, d'y faire très consideration et de les limiter en nombre “.

Annulation des cérémonies du eight mai

Seule une cérémonie nationale est prévue, retransmise dans le pays, en présence d'Emmanuel Macron. “Par sagesse, il faut éviter ces rassemblements. Le eight Mai, ce sont des personnes âgées qui se rassemblent. Il n'y a pas lieu de polémiquer, l'facet mémoriel doit s'effacer devant l'facet santé publique”, a déclaré lundi 20 avril Dominique Lépine, président de l'Union française des associations de combattants et victimes de guerre (UFAC), en réaction à la décision gouvernementale de s'en tenir à une commémoration nationale, à Paris.

Les déplacements pour adoptions dans les refuges SPA sont possibles

À compter de ce jeudi 16 avril 2020, il est potential de se rendre, uniquement sur rendez-vous, en refuge pour adopter un animal préalablement sélectionné, en cochant la case “motif familial impérieux” sur l'attestation de déplacement dérogatoire.
Cet assouplissement du confinement intitulé “Adoption solidaire” concerne 55 des refuges de la SPA. Il répond à un cri d'alarme concernant l'euthanasie de milliers d'animaux.

Le confinement doit se poursuivre jusqu'au 11 mai. Emmanuel Macron a tranché : le 13 avril lors de son 4e discours depuis le début de la crise. Le Chef de l'état a ensuite annoncé certaines étapes du déconfinement.
“Le 11 mai sera le début d'une nouvelle étape. Elle sera progressive et les règles pourront être adaptées.

A partir du 11 mai, nous réouvrirons les crèches, les écoles, les lycées.

Dans l'enseignement supérieur, les cours ne reprendront pas avant l'été.

Les lieux rassemblant du public: eating places, cafés, hôtels, cinémas, théâtres, salles de spectacles et musées resteront en revanche fermés. Les grands festivals et événements avec public nombreux ne pourront se tenir au moins jusqu'à mi-juillet prochain. La state of affairs sera collectivement évaluée chaque semaine pour adapter les choses et vous donner de la visibilité pour leur safety”, a annoncé Emmanuel Macron lors de son allocution lundi soir sans donner plus de détails.

Les personnes âgées ou malades devront rester confinées après le 11 mai pour les protéger.

A partir du 11 mai, nous aurons une organisation nouvelle. L'utilisation plus giant des checks possibles et la détection est une arme privilégiée pour sortir au bon second du confinement. Nous allons continuer d'augmenter les checks faits chaque jour en course des aînés, des soignants et des plus fragiles. Nous n'allons pas tester tous les Français mais toute personne ayant un symptôme devra pouvoir être testée,

Nous travaillons à une utility numérique dédiée sur la base de l'anonymat et du volontariat qui permettra de savoir si on a été en contact avec une personne contaminée.”

Emmanuel Macron “ne souhaite pas de discrimination” des personnes âgées ou fragiles dans le déconfinement progressif après le 11 mai et “en appellera à la responsabilité individuelle”, a indiqué l'Élysée vendredi 17 avril au soir.
“Le chef de l'État ne souhaite pas de discrimination entre nos concitoyens après le 11 mai”, a souligné la Présidence.

Jean-François Delfraissy, président du Conseil scientifique qui assiste l'exécutif, avait indiqué le 15 avril devant la fee des lois du Sénat que le confinement devait continuer après le 11 mai pour 18 millions de personnes risquant “de développer une forme grave”.

Parmi ces Français, 10 hundreds of thousands serait à risque en raison de leur âge, “au-dessus de 65 ou de 70 ans” a précisé l'intervenant. Les autres personnes concernées sont celles ayant des affections de longue durée, et les “sujets jeunes ayant une pathologie, mais aussi obèses”.
